Hi again. Sorry for disappearing on you like that but I'm currently overwhelmed with work.
If you don't mind, I'll probably post some more remarks about the last two chapters in the coming days. Until then, there's one more misspell I think I've identified (re-sorry ! :) ) : p. 214, note 3 : "Donald M. MacKey". I think his name is "Donald M. MacKay" - at least that's what the MIT Press webpage about his book indicates.
